How to Book

French Golf Holidays and GolfPlanet Holidays

Our aim is to advise, quote, reserve, check, ticket and pay for your holiday at a cost to you less than you can do it yourself.  We provide an expert and friendly service and make it as easy as possible for you to reserve and enjoy a great holiday.

How to book:

1)
Talk to us about your requirements and we’ll create an itinerary tailor-made for you. We’ll highlight if there are any clever ways to save more money and provide detail on the itinerary. Our prices will include the travel, the green-fees, accommodation etc as stated. There will be no supplements or hidden extras to pay unless we detail them clearly on the itinerary.

2) Let us know as soon as you like the itinerary - just give us a call on 01277 205656 or email info@golfplanetholidays.com.  We’ll start reserving the holiday and keep you regularly updated with our progress. Deposits are 20% of the holiday cost (£50 per person for groups of 8 or more) plus any flight costs. To guarantee best rate and availability, we buy flights as soon as we receive your deposit.  Deposits can be paid by cheque, debit card, transfer or credit card (there is a 1.5% surcharge on credit cards).

3) A full Confirmation of Booking with detailed itinerary and payment schedule will be sent to you within four working days. We’ll also send you, if appropriate, a Group Information sheet to ensure that we have all the necessary information to allow you, the Group Leader, to relax knowing that the travel companies, hotels and golf courses know all they need to know.

4) Balance payments are due 8 weeks before departure. That gives us plenty of time to go through our final checking process, pay suppliers and send your holiday pack and any “incentive” you may qualify for - such as 2 for 1 flights, Dining Cards or goodie bag (this would have been detailed on your quotation).

5) You can contact us by phone, email, fax or post if you have any questions or requests.

6) Your Holiday Information Pack will be sent at least two weeks before departure - this contains your golf and hotel vouchers and brochures, maps, travel tickets, tourist information, recommended restaurant list and emergency helpline numbers.

7) A couple of weeks after your holiday, we’ll contact you to make sure you had a good time.
