Bulgaria

Bulgaria is the new European golf sensation with fabulous courses designed by the likes of Gary Player and Ian Woosnam. In fact, Gary Player’s Thracian Cliffs is said to rival Pebble Beach for its beauty.

Famous for yachting, beaches and wines, Cape Kaliakra attracts millions of tourists a year. With three cracking golf courses, the region is now firmly on the golf map and already attracting discerning golfers looking for top-value. BlackSeaRama was the first championship signature golf course in Bulgaria and was soon followed by the Lighthouse Golf Resort. Thracian Cliffs is the latest project and looks set to become one of Europe’s finest courses. This will be fully open in 2011.

Golfers have great practice facilities at both resorts (just a mile apart) and can dine in the respective clubhouses for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The menus are very good and exceptional value with excellent local wines and beer.

We can also arrange a stay in the capital city of Sofia with golf at the nearby Saint Sofia Golf Club and Prevetz Golf & Country Club (Grand opening 2011, designed by Peter Harradine) or a stay in the south of Bulgaria, at Pirin Golf & Country Club, a course built in the Pirin Mountains with breathtaking panoramas and challenging holes.

What the Price Includes

Our prices are based on the commercial exchange rates of the day. Your holiday price is guaranteed as soon as you pay your deposit so any Sterling fluctuation will not affect your holiday cost.

There are no hidden extras in our holiday prices: the cost includes the accommodation as listed, the green-fees as listed (mid-week golf if weekends are more expensive), all taxes and service charges, relevant travel and a comprehensive Holiday Information Pack. Our offers, past client benefits, holiday bonuses, our expertise, booking service and emergency back-up plus our ABTA bonding come at no extra charge.

Flights are not included in our holiday prices.
As part of our service, we will be happy to research and recommend the best routes and airlines, flight prices and extras such as luggage and golf club carriage charges as well as taxes and booking fees.

Hire car included: Ireland and Republic of Ireland, the southern parts of France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Mallorca, the Canary Islands, Cyprus and USA and Canada. Hire car prices are based on four people sharing a large people mover.

Private transfers included: Turkey, Mauritius, Bulgaria, Morocco, Argentina, Egypt, Dubai.
